We had the most amazing stay and experience here! Highly recommend staying here to get away for a long weekend. The house and area are beyond gorgeous with a lot to do and we really enjoyed the outdoor/barn area space. Lauren and her family are phenomenal hosts who went above and beyond. Will absolutely be coming back if I get the chance!

An incredible last minute find. I have to say the attention to detail and care put into creating this country mountain getaway is priceless! Everything is as it says and more. The farm animals on top of the amazing space you get to enjoy made my heart so full. We will definitely be returning.

This is a beautiful and unique experience! We truly enjoyed our time and Lauren was so wonderful and very helpful. The farm fresh eggs and a muffin from Daniel Boone coffee shop made for a tasty breakfast. We are already thinking of a time to make another visit!

I typically do not leave reviews, but Lauren, the home and the property were 5 Stars through and through. Lauren's hospitality is absolutely heartwarming and refreshing. The home / barn is exactly as advertised. We relaxed from the second we walked in the door. The animals and property were a special treat. We will be back.

The Barn Owl was a beautiful place that we were able to enjoy with our small family of two adults and two kids. Lauren was super responsive and helpful with information and even was super accommodating when unforeseen circumstances came up. The kids loved the property and all the exploring we were able to do there. They loved the dogs and donkeys, goats and chickens. We enjoyed the beautiful shower, hammock, hot tub, and private outdoor fireplace area. We had a wonderful time and definitely will be back to the area soon to do some more hiking. So thankful to have found this place and to have met such kind souls.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. It was extremely clean, plenty of games and everything you need for a night in. Was a great location- private yet close to restaurants like Miguel’s and red point bbq. The host was extremely proactive and left us the sweetest welcome gifts
