Liability Waiver for Hooting Owl Homestead 

I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for visiting the property located at Hooting Owl Homestead in Campton, Kentucky. 

1. **Assumption of Risks:** I understand that visiting the property involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my visit.

2. **Property Conditions:** I agree to be responsible for my own and my children’s safety and well-being while on the property. I will exercise caution and adhere to any posted guidelines or instructions.

3. **Release and Waiver:** In consideration of being permitted to visit the property, I hereby release and discharge Hooting Owl Homestead, their agents, employees, and any affiliated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, or demands related to any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with my visit.

4. **Indemnification:** I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hooting Owl Homestead, their agents, employees, and affiliated entities from any claims brought by third parties arising out of my visit to the property.

5. **Photography and Recordings:** I understand that photography or recordings may take place on the property. I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used for promotional or informational purposes.

6. **Compliance with Laws:** I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during my visit to the property.

I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily waiving certain legal rights that I may have against Hooting Owl Homestead
